People-Centred Care Practices at Care Medical Imaging

At our imaging center, we prioritize people-centred care by ensuring that every patient feels respected, informed, and supported throughout their diagnostic journey. Key practices include:

  1. Clear Communication: Technologists and staff explain each procedure in simple, reassuring language, addressing questions and reducing anxiety before imaging begins.
  2. Respect & Dignity: Patients are treated with sensitivity and professionalism, with attention to privacy during preparation, positioning, and examination.
  3. Individualized Care: We adapt our approach based on each patient’s needs - including mobility limitations, language barriers, cultural considerations, and emotional stress.
  4. Efficient Workflow to Reduce Wait Times: Scheduling, registration, and patient flow processes are optimized to minimize delays and improve the overall experience.
  5. Safety & Comfort Focus: Technologists continuously monitor patient comfort during imaging, adjust positioning, and ensure adherence to radiation-safety standards.
  6. Collaborative Team Approach: Radiologists, technologists and administrative staff communicate effectively to coordinate care and ensure accurate, timely results.
  7. Patient Feedback & Continuous Improvement: The center actively collects patient feedback and uses it to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction.
  8. Supportive Environment: We create a calm, welcoming environment through respectful interaction, clear guidance, and compassionate staff presence.

Our imaging center is committed to providing high-quality, people-centred care by ensuring that every patient receives respectful, safe, and timely diagnostic services.
